Crompton Greaves Secures Record-Breaking Solar Rooftop Order in Andhra Pradesh

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd., renowned for its home and energy solutions, has secured a notable solar rooftop contract in Andhra Pradesh, valued at Rs. 445 crore. The deal aims to install 2 KW on-grid systems across more than 40,000 households, marking a significant advancement in Crompton's solar ambitions.

This monumental 77 MW undertaking is Crompton's largest solar rooftop achievement to date and comes merely two months after entering the solar market, emphasizing the company's swift growth trajectory. A recent Rs. 52 crore order further demonstrates Crompton's deepening foothold in renewable energy, driven by a burgeoning solar market poised to grow over 20% annually.
