Realty firm DRA Homes has unveiled its latest project 'DRA iHEART' in Chennai, anticipating a substantial revenue of Rs 560 crore.
According to the company's announcement, the luxury housing project is sited at Navalur on OMR and includes the development of 271 homes across 3.42 acres.
With prices beginning at Rs 1.5 crore per unit, DRA Homes aims to deliver Chennai's first branded residences in the high-end segment. The firm, led by Managing Director Ranjeeth Rathod, has a track record of successful real estate ventures in the city.
