Tragic Road Incident in Varanasi Claims Family of Three

In a devastating incident in Varanasi's Ramnagar area, a family of three lost their lives when a speeding truck collided with their motorcycle on Wednesday, according to police reports.

The tragedy unfolded around noon near Bhiti locality, as detailed by Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Atul Anjan Tripathi. The victims, identified as Om Prakash Singh, 31, his wife Mamta, 27, and their one-year-old daughter, were residents of Hardi Sahajni in Mirzapur district.

Following the accident, the truck and its driver were taken into custody for further investigation. Expressing deep sorrow, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath extended his condolences to the bereaved family.
