On Tuesday, logistics operator Shadowfax Technologies Ltd announced the launch of Shadowfax 360, a cutting-edge digital shipping platform aimed at revolutionizing the logistics landscape for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands in India.
This new platform offers sellers enterprise-level access across a vast network that spans over 15,000 pincodes in 2,500 cities, promising to enhance scalability and diversify the company's merchant relationships. By eliminating weight-based billing disputes and streamlining sales integrations, Shadowfax 360 seeks to resolve core merchant challenges.
Praharsh Chandra, Whole-Time Director and CBO at Shadowfax, highlighted the platform's potential to become the default logistics partner for SMEs and D2C businesses, offering them enterprise-grade logistics without demanding minimum order commitments.
