Finance Minister Roland Lescure informed BFM TV that Shein could face market restrictions if it reintroduces troublesome products, specifically child-like sex dolls.
After receiving the warning, Shein took immediate action by removing the flagged items, acknowledging their significant oversight in an email response to Reuters.
