The region, with its 11,000 biotech startups and newly incubated ventures at Kathua Biotech Park, promises to become a beacon of prosperity and innovation. Singh highlighted that this development represents a paradigm shift in the region's approach to entrepreneurship.
Emphasizing the strategic benefits of Kathua's location and natural resources, Singh called on local youth to leverage the new facilities for biotechnology-led growth. The BioNEST Centre, equipped with cutting-edge technology, aims to drive long-term sustainability for startups, supporting 25 new ventures annually.
