Younis Khan Tipped to Elevate Pakistan's Domestic Cricket Scene

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is reportedly turning to Younis Khan, a cricket icon and the nation's all-time leading Test run-scorer, to steer the domestic cricket department.
With Khurrum Niazi currently heading the department but soon relocating to Islamabad, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi is keen on entrusting an experienced cricketer such as Younis for the position.
Younis, who has previously served as a batting coach for the national team, is in negotiations with the PCB, with his appointment expected once a formal contract is signed.
