In the women's 57kg division, Radhamani Longjam triumphed over her Uzbek opponent, clinching the win with a Referee Stopped Contest in the third round. Her commanding performance was a highlight of the day.
Over in the men's 60kg category, Sahil Duhan continued his formidable streak, securing a 5-0 unanimous decision against Turkmenistan. Meanwhile, Udham Singh bravely contested but narrowly lost 3-2 to Japan.
