Josh Hazlewood clinically disassembled India's renowned top-order, propelling Australia to a four-wicket triumph in the second T20 International. In a match attended by 82,438 spectators, India faced one of their most humiliating defeats, with nine batsmen failing to reach double figures in their innings of 125 runs.
Amidst the collapse, Abhishek Sharma stood out with a combative 37-ball-68, showcasing his incredible form. Harshit Rana joined him for a 56-run stand, pushing the total past the 100-run mark after Hazlewood left them at 49 for 5.
In response, skipper Mitchell Marsh spearheaded Australia's chase with a blistering knock of 46 off 26 balls. While Australia faced setbacks, primarily due to risky shots, the team's strategic plays led them to complete the chase in 13.2 overs, losing six wickets along the way.
