High-Speed Drama: Moto3 Riders' Collision at Malaysian Grand Prix

Moto3 rider Noah Dettwiler is reported to be in stable condition following multiple surgeries after a high-speed crash at the Malaysian Grand Prix, according to a statement from his team, CIP Green Power, on Wednesday.

The accident occurred during the sighting lap at the Sepang International Circuit when fellow 20-year-old racer, Jose Antonio Rueda, collided with Dettwiler's motorcycle, sending him crashing heavily onto the track.

Both racers received immediate medical attention and were airlifted to hospital. Dettwiler sustained injuries to his spleen and lungs, while Rueda suffered a hand fracture and lung bruising. Dettwiler remains under close observation in intensive care, while Rueda is improving and plans to return to Spain for further treatment.
