The fans, initially reported as 180, exhibited 'challenging behaviour' breaching the imposed security order. After overnight questioning, they were fined and restricted from specific zones by Mayor Jeroen Dijsselbloem.
Eindhoven authorities emphasized the high-risk classification of this match, with security zones established citywide providing police enhanced crowd control powers, including rigorous checks for potentially harmful items.
