Signature Global has teamed up with Italian lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to create a luxurious residential project in Gurugram, investing nearly Rs 2,900 crore. Dubbed 'Tonino Lamborghini Residences Gurugram', the complex will cover 12.40 acres and boast 812 luxury flats in Sector 71.
This partnership marks Tonino Lamborghini's first foray into India's residential real estate market. A regulatory filing disclosed that Signature Global has entered a licensing agreement with the Italian brand, entailing a flat fee and additional charges if revenue surpasses a certain threshold.
Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman of Signature Global Ltd., emphasizes the vision of elevating urban living standards in India through global innovation, while Tonino Lamborghini, the brand's founder, highlights the project's embodiment of contemporary luxury, craftsmanship, and innovation.
