Showers and Thunderstorms Expected in Jharkhand
Rain with thunderstorms and gusty winds is forecasted in Jharkhand over the next two days, leading to a slight increase in temperatures post-rain. Daltonganj recorded the highest temperature at 35.5°C, while Gumla had the lowest at 16.9°C.

Jharkhand is set to experience light rain accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds in parts of the state over the next two days, a meteorological official announced on Monday.
The weather department predicts that following the showers, maximum temperatures will rise by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius. The rainfall is expected to impact nine north-eastern districts on Tuesday, expanding to 12 districts, including three in the south-east, on Wednesday.
Daltonganj in Palamu district reported the highest temperature in the last 24 hours at 35.5 degrees Celsius, while Gumla recorded the lowest at 16.9 degrees Celsius, the Indian Meteorological Department informed.
