The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the Towering Heights premium housing scheme in East Delhi, with a strict no-complaints policy concerning flat defects. According to the scheme's details, allottees cannot lodge complaints about the quality, design, or price of the flats.

DDA is offering 1,026 premium 2 BHK flats developed under its Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) policy, with prices starting at Rs 1.78 crore. The East Delhi Hub is envisioned as a mixed-use urban center, featuring Delhi's tallest building to date at 48 stories high and standing 155 meters tall, integrating residential, commercial, and civic spaces.

The auction for these flats is slated to run from December 1 to December 4. Successful bidders will initially deposit 75% of the flat cost, with the remaining 25% due by July 2026, when the possession is expected. Meanwhile, DDA's Signature View Apartments in North Delhi face demolition and reconstruction due to significant structural issues.
