DDA is offering 1,026 premium 2 BHK flats developed under its Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) policy, with prices starting at Rs 1.78 crore. The East Delhi Hub is envisioned as a mixed-use urban center, featuring Delhi's tallest building to date at 48 stories high and standing 155 meters tall, integrating residential, commercial, and civic spaces.
The auction for these flats is slated to run from December 1 to December 4.
