The blaze, which broke out at the Neelyog Vedanta building near Arogyadayi Hospital, prompted an immediate response from firefighting teams and police, who managed to bring the fire under control shortly after it was reported at 11.33 pm.
While no injuries occurred, locals attribute the incident to firecracker mishandling during the festive night. The situation highlights ongoing concerns about fire safety measures during the Diwali celebrations.
