South Korea and Indonesia Forge Strategic Partnership in Clean Energy and Technology

South Korea's President Lee Jae Myung met with Indonesia's leader Prabowo Subianto in Seoul to discuss expanded cooperation. Key topics included critical minerals, technology, and clean energy, according to the Blue House.
The summit involved an official ceremony, multiple memoranda of understanding, and a business forum, highlighting the countries' commitment to a strategic partnership.
While no defence deals were finalized, discussions touched on the joint KF-21 fighter jet project. Future cooperation is expected in AI, infrastructure, and cultural industries, signalling a strengthening of diplomatic ties between the nations.
