Karnataka's political landscape is abuzz as the Congress Party grapples with demands for a cabinet reshuffle. Home Minister G Parameshwara emphasized on Friday that only the party's high command and Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will decide the fate of ministerial appointments.
The clamor comes as several party legislators seek ministerial roles, with Parameshwara defending their right to express their aspirations, stating, "It is natural to have aspirations and there is nothing wrong in seeking a minister post."
As by-polls approach for the Bagalkote and Davanagere South Assembly segments, the Congress evaluates candidates based on winnability, adding another layer of complexity to the internal political dynamics.
