Haryana Assembly Pays Tribute to Ajit Pawar

The Haryana Assembly commenced its budget session by paying tribute to Ajit Pawar, the former Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, who tragically perished in a plane crash in Baramati on January 28. The session also honored other prominent figures who passed away since the last session.
During the session, Speaker Harvinder Kalyan and Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, also the Leader of the House, expressed their condolences. Obituary resolutions were read out to honor those who left an indelible mark on their communities, including former Haryana minister Surinder Kumar Madan and former MLA Anand Kaushik.
Leaders from various political factions, including Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Indian National Lok Dal's Aditya Devi Lal, took part in the tribute, ensuring the assembly's condolences reached the families of the deceased, recognizing their significant contributions to the state and beyond.
