Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has called on the state's youth to lead the effort in creating a 'Viksit Arunachal' by 2047. Emphasizing informed participation, awareness of government policies, cultural heritage, and economic self-reliance, Khandu insisted that the state's future hinges on young people.

The message came during the 'Yuva Soch, Naya Arunachal' program in Tawang, organized by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM). Khandu emphasized continued learning beyond formal education and highlighted the importance of connecting with community roots to prevent identity loss.

Khandu underscored hydropower as a key economic driver, with projects nearing completion, and advocated for women's roles in socio-economic transformation. As part of the state's development strategy, empowering the youth through active governance and organized initiatives remains central to achieving this vision.
