The unity run commenced at 6:30 am from the BJP's state headquarters at Vivek Vihar and concluded at Indira Gandhi Park. The event saw significant participation from party members and citizens, demonstrating robust public engagement in the national integration initiative.

Alongside Khandu, BJP state president Kaling Moyong, Assembly Deputy Speaker Kardo Nyigyor, and other senior figures took part in the event. Nationwide, the BJP marks this day with mass participation events to honor Patel's enduring legacy.
