Strengthening Ties: North Korea and Belarus Discuss International Cooperation
North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui met with Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov in Minsk to discuss enhancing international cooperation amid recent discussions with Russian leaders, including President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
 
 North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui and Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov held talks in Minsk on Thursday, focusing on how to strengthen cooperation on the international stage, according to a report by the state news agency KCNA on Friday.
Choe's visit to Belarus came after a series of meetings with high-ranking Russian officials earlier in the week, including President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
The discussions align with North Korea's recent efforts to bolster ties with allies in the face of global diplomatic challenges.
