The 23rd round of Corps Commander-level talks unfolded at the Moldo-Chushul border meeting point on the Indian side on October 25, as confirmed by the Chinese defense ministry.
The talks, guided by prior agreements between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping, emphasized active communication through military and diplomatic channels to jointly preserve tranquility in the border areas.
