North Korea's Foreign Minister, Choe Son Hui, delivered a message of 'brotherly regard' from leader Kim Jong Un during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The meeting, as reported by state media KCNA on Tuesday, took place at the Kremlin on Monday.
In addition to the presidential meeting, Choe held talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. The discussions were strategic and addressed various global issues, culminating in several agreements, according to KCNA's report.
This diplomatic engagement signifies an effort by both nations to deepen bilateral ties amid ongoing global challenges.
