Anant Kumar Singh, alias 'Chhote Sarkar', has entered the political fray once again, filing nomination papers from the Mokama assembly seat as a JD(U) candidate.

In an affidavit, Singh disclosed ownership of assets valued at Rs 37.88 crore, while his wife Neelam Devi holds Rs 62.72 crore.

Despite facing 28 criminal charges, Singh remains a formidable force in Mokama politics, continuing a dynasty since 1990 with a brief interruption by a rival.
