The Punjab Police made a significant arrest on Saturday, capturing an associate of the infamous gangster Arzoo Bishnoi, who operates under the Lawrence gang. This individual, whose name remains undisclosed, was a wanted figure in a murder case in Rajasthan and had a bounty on his capture.
In an official statement posted on platform X, Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav announced the noteworthy apprehension, highlighting the involvement of the Anti-Gangster Task Force Punjab. The group managed to seize a .32 bore pistol along with three live cartridges during the operation.
As the investigation continues, officials are working diligently to explore both forward and backward linkages associated with this inter-state criminal network, aiming to unravel the broader scope of the gang's influence.
