The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court mandated a special task force investigation into the presumed illegal rejoining of a teacher at City Intermediate College, Barabanki. Allegations suggest possible record manipulation and accountability issues among education officials.
The court ordered the recovery of paid salaries and disciplinary action against multiple officials, including the Barabanki District Inspector of Schools and the joint director of education from the Ayodhya division.
