Rajasthan Police Celebrates Excellence with Focus on Discipline
Rajasthan's Director General of Police, Rajiv Kumar Sharma, emphasized the significance of discipline and alertness within the police force at the Rajasthan Armed Constabulary investiture ceremony. During the event, 315 police personnel received honors for outstanding service, highlighting the importance of recognizing their efforts to boost morale and motivation.

Rajasthan's Director General of Police, Rajiv Kumar Sharma, underscored the importance of discipline and alertness as crucial traits for the police force during an investiture ceremony held by the Rajasthan Armed Constabulary (RAC). He stressed that professionalism should be evident in every policing aspect, from appearance to operational response.
Sharma noted, "The identity of the police is defined by its discipline and readiness." He highlighted the need for meticulous preparation whether on security, jail duty, or maintaining law and order, urging no compromise in preparations. He insisted on the proper use of equipment and encouraged personnel to continually enhance their skills through practice and dedication.
At the ceremony at the 5th Battalion RAC premises, 315 personnel were honored for exceptional service. Awards included 49 DGP Disc commendations, 149 Ati Utkrisht Seva Medals, and 117 Utkrisht Seva Medals. Sharma stated that recognizing police officers' excellent work is crucial for future motivation and performance enhancement.
