The Indian Air Force (IAF) demonstrated its operational versatility with a high-profile exercise on the emergency airstrip of the Purvanchal Expressway in Uttar Pradesh. Jaguar fighter jets, along with other key military aircraft, took off and landed in a showcase of strategic prowess.

This two-day initiative highlighted the IAF's capability to perform seamlessly without standard runways, emphasizing the importance of such emergency landing facilities (ELF) for national security and disaster response.
