Tragic Collision: Two Young Lives Lost in Brake-Free Taxi Smash

A tragic accident on Pusta Road claimed the lives of two young boys while leaving two others critically injured. The collision occurred when a speeding taxi crashed into a scooter ferrying four minors, leading to questions about road safety and enforcement in the region.
The victims, all schoolmates, were returning from visiting a friend's home when the tragedy struck. Police identified the deceased as ten-year-old Shakib and thirteen-year-old Satyam, whose families are originally from Bihar. Two others, 14-year-old Ansh and 11-year-old Piyush, are hospitalized in serious condition.
The taxi driver, Sahil, initially fled the scene but was later apprehended by authorities using CCTV footage. This accident amplifies concerns regarding oversight on minors riding scooters without helmets. The community now calls for stricter traffic regulation and preventive measures to ensure road safety.
