In recent developments, a second suspect, Uzair Khan Iqbal Khan, aged 20, was also taken into custody. Despite prior warnings, Khan communicated with a 16-year-old victim from Paratwada. A formal complaint from the victim's mother led to charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the POCSO Act.
