The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) advocated for a review of corporate hiring practices on Monday, cautioning companies to remain vigilant about recruitment and placement from 'particular' communities, especially in roles involving female supervision.

Highlighting concerns over purported instances of forced conversion at Tata Consultancy Services' Nashik unit, VHP general secretary Bajrang Lal Bagra called for attentiveness towards the recruitment of male employees from specific communities. He emphasized that existing legal frameworks might be insufficient to address such organized activities.

The VHP demanded more robust internal oversight, including CCTV installations, women officers' interactions, and capable complaint redressal systems, cautioning that it might take its appeal to individual companies if necessary. Meanwhile, they continue discussions with industry bodies like FICCI, CII, and NASSCOM, urging stricter harassment act implementation.
