Russia Warns Europe: Drone Supply to Ukraine Escalates Conflict
Russia's defense ministry issued a warning about European plans to increase drone supplies to Ukraine, viewing this as deepening their involvement in the conflict. It provided a list of drone production sites across the EU, and Medvedev hinted these could become targets, heightening tensions further.
Russia's defense ministry issued a stern warning on Wednesday about European plans to boost drone supplies to Ukraine, suggesting that such actions are drawing those nations deeper into conflict with Russia.
The ministry believes several EU governments are ramping up drone production and supply for Ukraine, a move Moscow considers an escalation. It released a list of European manufacturing sites, including locations in Britain, Germany, and more, alleging their involvement.
Dmitry Medvedev, Russia's former president and current deputy chair of the Security Council, suggested on social media that these sites could become military targets, further increasing tensions with Europe.
