Fatal Dispute Over Matchbox Leads to Arrests in Delhi

In a shocking incident near the Jafrabad Metro station in northeast Delhi, police have arrested three men and detained a juvenile in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 39-year-old man. The incident, which unfolded following a dispute over a matchbox, left Aqeel Ahmad, a resident of J J Colony, dead on March 23.
Officials have identified the suspects as Imran (19), Faizan (23), and Sahil (20), accompanied by a 17-year-old boy, all hailing from the Janta Mazdoor Colony in the Welcome area. According to police, the accused confessed during interrogation that the altercation began when Ahmad refused to share a matchbox, leading to the fatal attack.
The police have successfully recovered the knife used in the crime. As the investigation continues, officials are working to piece together the events leading up to the tragic incident, which has sent shockwaves through the community.
