Additionally, a foreign-flagged vessel suffered extensive damage from a drone strike in the Sea of Azov. In the Samara region, Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev confirmed an attack on the city of Togliatti by Ukrainian drones, yet the exact target remains unclear.
