The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday launched a fresh round of searches at premises linked to executives of the political consultancy firm I-PAC across various cities, officials reported.

The raids extended to locations in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi, concerning an alleged scam involving coal smuggling and pilferage in West Bengal.

Among the subjects of these raids was Rishi Raj Singh, co-founder and director of I-PAC. The ED had already conducted similar raids in January, covering both the I-PAC office and the residence of Pratik Gandhi, another director.
