The judicial community in Sadar Tehsil is under scrutiny after the District Magistrate suspended two court employees for a significant breach of protocol. This disciplinary action follows the discovery of court files at a local printing press, raising concerns over the handling of sensitive documents.
The files, belonging to the Tehsil court, were recovered during a raid at Pawan Printing Press in Babaganj. Sub-Divisional Magistrate Nancy Singh spearheaded the operation upon receiving tips from local advocates, leading to the subsequent sealing of the printing establishment.
District Magistrate Shiv Sahay Awasthi identified the individuals suspended as 'peshkar' Asharam and Rajesh Pandey. Chief Revenue Officer Ajay Tiwari is now responsible for the investigation to determine the circumstances under which these files arrived at the press. Authorities assure further disciplinary actions will follow the inquiry results.
