Police in Bidar district have uncovered a significant black marketing ring for cooking gas, arresting four people and seizing 105 LPG cylinders, officials reported on Tuesday.

The operation took place after a raid on March 16 in Janwada village, where officers found the cylinders and vehicles used in the illegal trade at a farm owned by Shrikant Harnoor.

Authorities have tied the Mallari Indian Gas Agency to the activities and are working with various departments to investigate violations. Police urge the public to report any unlawful LPG sales, pledging strict action against offenders.
