During discussions with APARC Chairman Pramod Jain, the governor emphasized the importance of transitioning to online government payments, implementing e-Office systems, and reducing paper-based transactions. These reforms, according to the governor, are essential to hasten service delivery, enhance transparency, and combat corruption.
Governor Parnaik underlined the significance of merit-based personnel management. He called for transparent systems in the processes of transfers, postings, and recruitments, ensuring that merit, integrity, and competence guide public service decisions.
