In a significant move towards enhancing the efficiency and transparency of governance in Arunachal Pradesh, Governor KT Parnaik highlighted the pressing need for a more digital-oriented administrative approach.

During discussions with APARC Chairman Pramod Jain, the governor emphasized the importance of transitioning to online government payments, implementing e-Office systems, and reducing paper-based transactions. These reforms, according to the governor, are essential to hasten service delivery, enhance transparency, and combat corruption.

Governor Parnaik underlined the significance of merit-based personnel management. He called for transparent systems in the processes of transfers, postings, and recruitments, ensuring that merit, integrity, and competence guide public service decisions. APARC Chairman Jain assured comprehensive recommendations to bolster governance in these areas.
