Taliban Criticizes U.S. 'State Sponsor' Designation

On Monday, Rubio identified the Taliban government as a sponsor of such detentions and pressed for the release of U.S. citizens currently held, specifically naming Mahmood Habibi and Dennis Coyle.
The Taliban has indicated its desire to resolve the issue through dialogue, responding to the U.S. demands for the release of its citizens.
