Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia voiced his trust in the judicial system while addressing developments in the excise policy case. Alongside former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and others, he faces a Delhi High Court notice after their previous discharge by a trial court.
Sisodia, attending to party responsibilities in Jammu, reassured reporters of their compliance with legal procedures. His visit to the family of detained AAP MLA Mehraj Malik underlined the party's solidarity amid ongoing legal battles.
The Delhi High Court, acting on a petition from the CBI challenging their discharge, has sought responses by March 16, highlighting scrutiny of the trial court's decision which criticized the CBI case.
