A Russian drone struck near a high-rise apartment building in Kharkiv, Ukraine, on Monday, injuring six people and causing significant damage. Windows shattered, cars caught fire, and the surrounding area was left in turmoil.
The attack injured six individuals, including a small child, according to Kharkiv's mayor, Ihor Terekhov. Located just 30 kilometers from the Russian border, Kharkiv has faced repeated attacks since the full-scale invasion began in February 2022.
In a related incident, Russian shelling hit the southeastern city of Dnipro, injuring seven. Regional Governor Oleksandr Ganzha reported the damage on Telegram, posting images of rubble-strewn streets and scarred building facades.
