Russia attacks DTEK coal enterprise in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region, company says
Ukraine's energy company DTEK said on Monday that Russia attacked one of its coal enterprises in the Dnipropetrovsk region for the second time in 24 hours. The company said in a statement that administrative buildings were damaged in the strike. The attack follows the strike on Sunday in which 12 miners were killed and 16 wounded.
