Ukraine's says it struck Lukoil's oil refinery in Russia's Komi region

​Ukraine's ‌military ​said on Thursday ‌it had struck Lukoil's oil ‌refinery in Russia's Komi ‌region, more than ⁠1,750 ​kilometres (1,085 ⁠miles) from the Ukrainian ⁠border.

The general staff ​said on the ⁠Telegram app ⁠that ​the attack caused a ⁠fire at the ⁠site.
