Aishwarya Rajinikanth, a notable film director, officially launched the new services in the presence of Professor Mohamed Rela, chairman of Rela Hospital, alongside Clinical Lead, Neurology & Neurosciences Dr. Shankar Balakrishnan, as well as Dr. Muralidharan Vetrivel, a cerebrovascular neurosurgeon at the facility.
