The much-anticipated fifth season of "Stranger Things" is set to deliver an emotional and action-packed finale, concluding the Netflix sensation after nearly a decade. Creators Matt and Ross Duffer shared their excitement and nervousness about unveiling the final season during a global promotional event in Lucca, Italy.
Ross Duffer told Reuters, "Bringing it out in the world is nerve-wracking, but we're ready to finally show it," while Matt Duffer added, "The scale of it is bigger ... it's more action and more special effects, but it's also by far the most emotional season."
Since its debut in 2016, "Stranger Things," set in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, during the 1980s, has captured audiences with its supernatural themes and engaging characters. As the series wraps, fans can expect the final episodes on November 26, December 25, and December 31, with select screenings in North American cinemas.
