Adani Green Energy Surges with Record Growth in Renewable Capacities
Adani Green Energy Ltd reported a 34% rise in quarterly net profit to Rs 514 crore, driven by increased revenues in power supply. The company achieved significant growth with renewable energy projects, commissioning 5.1 GW of capacity and enhancing sustainability with substantial emissions reduction and storage advancements.

Adani Green Energy Ltd announced a significant 34% increase in net profit, reaching Rs 514 crore for the March quarter. This boost was fueled by elevated revenues from its power supply business, according to their regulatory filing. Compared to the same timeframe last year, when net profits were at Rs 383 crore, this marks a substantial uptick.
For the fiscal year 2026, net profits dropped slightly to Rs 1,987 crore from the previous Rs 2,001 crore in FY25. Despite the drop, total income rose to Rs 13,819 crore, compared to Rs 12,422 crore in the previous year. Revenue from the power supply saw a 16% year-on-year jump, totaling Rs 3,094 crore in the last quarter alone.
Spearheaded by Sagar Adani, the company commissioned 5.1 GW of new greenfield capacity, achieving the largest global annual expansion outside of China. Adani Green continues to lead with its projects in Khavda, Gujarat, and Rajasthan, with commitments to reducing CO2e emissions substantially and powering millions of homes responsibly.
