Russian crude oil deliveries to Hungary have resumed, according to Hungarian energy group MOL. This marks the end of a nearly three-month hiatus that had escalated political tensions with Ukraine.
The interruptions affected the Druzhba pipeline, a significant oil supply route. Deliveries have now resumed at the Fényeslitke and Budkovce pumping stations, MOL confirmed.
The restored flow of oil is expected to stabilize Hungary and Slovakia's energy supplies, easing regional political tensions and ensuring a steady supply chain.
