Juniper Green Energy Sets Landmark with India's First Firm Renewable Energy Project

Juniper Green Energy Limited has achieved a major milestone with the commissioning of India's first Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project. This pioneering venture integrates 259 MWp of solar power, 280 MW of wind capacity, and a 200 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) across Rajasthan and Gujarat.

By delivering reliable clean energy that matches grid demand, Juniper addresses India's urgent need for power stability, especially during peak times like the summer months when Haryana's energy demand is highest. This innovation marks Juniper as the first developer under the SJVN FDRE scheme to begin commissioning and deliver power.
