Waaree Technologies Powers Up: Net Profit Surges Over 66%
Waaree Renewable Technologies reported a substantial increase in net profit by over 66% in the March quarter, reaching Rs 155.72 crore, compared to Rs 93.76 crore the previous year. Benefitting from higher revenues, the company showcased a two-fold revenue growth in FY26 with solid project execution visibility.

Waaree Renewable Technologies has announced a remarkable 66% surge in its consolidated net profit for the March quarter, hitting Rs 155.72 crore, compared to the Rs 93.76 crore from the same period last year. This boost is largely attributed to increased revenues.
According to recent exchange filings, the company's revenue from operations soared to Rs 1,102.40 crore in the March quarter of FY26, up from Rs 476.58 crore at the end of FY25. For FY26 overall, Waaree's net profit reached Rs 478.65 crore, marking a significant rise from the previous fiscal's Rs 228.92 crore.
Manmohan Sharma, the CFO of Waaree Renewable Technologies, stated that the company is backed by a solid unexecuted EPC order book of 2.83 GWp, ensuring strong visibility for project execution going forward.
