Justices Navin Chawla and Ravinder Dudeja have issued a notice, mandating the woman's physical appearance before the court on April 18, 2026. The habeas corpus plea filed under Article 226 by Ram Kripal, represented by advocates Anubhav Tyagi and Partha Sharma, urges her release.
